| This morning I had an appointment at the gym for a review. They are good like that, they drag you in every 6 weeks, make sure you are torturing yourself properly and then increase the torture even more.
So, I turn up at 9:30 after sleeping in and dropping the kids at school a half hour late. I’m not feeling too good, I am grumpy as hell and I’m not looking too good either!
